A Florence man was arrested Tuesday, March 16, after officers found psychodelic mushrooms, ecstasy and guns in his 15th Street home.
Keagan Brian Dillon Munds, 19, has been charged with possession and delivery of psilocybin mushrooms and ecstasy. He was also charged with separate crimes of possession and delivery of psilocybin mushrooms from an earlier incident when sales of the drug were made to an undercover detective.
The arrest was part of an investigation by the Sweet Home Police Department. Detectives had traced Sweet Home sources of the drugs to the Florence area.
Sweet Home detectives, with assistance from Linn County sheriff deputies, the Albany police department and the Florence Police Department served a search warrant at 1497 15th St., just one block from the Boys and Girls Club, on Tuesday. According to Sweet Home Police Chief Bob Burford, sales quantities of mushrooms and ecstacy were found, along with four guns, cash and a quantity of drug paraphernalia.
Munds was booked and later released from Lane County Jail.
