Museum opening day free to visitors

Siuslaw Pioneer Museum Board President Del Phelps has announced that opening day, Friday, Feb. 1, will be a free admission day in celebration of the start of this new season for the museum. Refreshments and snacks will be served. Fiddlers, Russ Hall and Ron Estep, will bring attendees “old time” music. Hours will be noon to 4 p.m.

Everyone is invited to kick off the new season and get aquainted with staff and other visitors to the museum.
