Sandblasters begin road series tomorrow

Travis Gallagher connects for a single against Springfield, which the Sandblasters will face this week in Eugene.

It’ll be three weeks before fans will hear the crack of the bat from their local triple-A team as the Sandblasters take to the road, and they won’t return again until July 22.

Over the weekend, TR finished up the Medford Tournament with three straight losses after going 1-1 early on. The ’Blasters struggled against pitching and strong fielding by host Medford, as well as Klamath Falls and Portland.
