Sailors sink Siletz, topped by Triangle Lake

Mapleton ended the week strong on Friday, handing Siltez Valley a 35-24 loss on the Warriors’ home court.

Last night, however, the Lakers (6-1) took an early lead, holding the Sailors to less than six points in the opening period. Kiana Brown was unstoppable, posting 32 points on the night to lead Triangle Lake to a lopsided 75-23 win.

Mapleton senior post Liz Harry accounted for more than half of the Sailors’ scoring with 13 points.
