First Oregon athletes to compete in national clay target championships

Twelve athletes from across the state of Oregon will be travelling to the Scholastic Clay Target Program National Championship in Sparta, IL, July 17-21.

This will be the first time that Oregon has been represented in these National Championships. Athletes from all over the country compete in the various shotgun clay target sports including International Skeet and Olympic Trap.

These fine athletes from sixth grade through high school will be participating in American Trap, Skeet and Sporting Clays.
