Siuslaw to honor its best

This time next month, Viking fans and family members will be gathering to celebrate eight individual standouts and one team from Siuslaw’s athletic past during the second annual Siuslaw Athletics Hall of Fame induction ceremony.

The event, which will take place Aug. 4 at the Florence Events Center, will honor past athletes Stephanie Osburn (1980-84), Bob Hylton (1963-67), Tammy Courtney (1982-86), Teri Gortler (1982-86), Larry Ulrich (1963-67), Jeff McClellan (1975-79), Delbert Reavis, Sr. (1954-58)...
