Khloie McKenzie Cook

COOK—Khloie McKenzie Cook, age 2 weeks, of Florence, passed away unexpectedly Oct. 5, 2012.

Khloie was born on Sept. 21, 2012, at Peace Harbor Hospital and passed away at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital in Portland.

She touched many hearts the short time she was here.

She is survived by her parents, Kylie Wells and Derek Cook; grandparents Ken Cook and Dianne Laloli, of Florence, and Janeil McKenzie; great-grandparents Larry and Marla McKenzie and Lois Robertson, Gene and Von Sims of Florence; and great-great-grandmother Geraldine McKenzie of Florence.

There will be a celebration of life Oct. 14, at The Firehouse Restaurant, beginning at 2 p.m.
