Viking runners among top at regionals

Mitchell Butler, Matthew Campbell and Mack Marbas finished 19th through 21st, respectively, at the Northwest Regionals on Saturday.

Though the Far West and 4A state cross country seasons officially ended a week ago, the state championship Siuslaw boys team was still lacing up its shoes on Saturday to compete in the Nike Northwest Cross Country Classic at the Eagle Island XC Course in Boise, Idaho.
