STONE—Diane Clough Stone, 75, of Florence, passed away Nov. 25, 2012.
Diane was surrounded by her loving family but succumbed to the effects of her battle with progressive supranuclear palsy.
Diane was born July 15, 1937, in Portland, Ore. She enjoyed camping, reading, traveling and being with her family.
Diane was preceded in death by her parents, James Robert Clough and Olive Rose Mettler Clough.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Donald Ray Stone; a daughter, Sheryl Lee Drushella, and her husband, Michael; a son, Brian James Stone, and his wife, Lynette; grandsons: Matthew David Twite and his wife, Becky Twite; Tyler Nelson Twite and his fiancé, Shelby Cleaveland; Lucas Dalton Stone; Gabriel Wayne Stone; a granddaughter, Abigail Rose Stone; great-grandsons Jaksen Stemple and Oliver Twite; and numerous nieces and nephews.
At her request, no services are planned; her ashes will be interred at Mt. Crest Abbey Mausoleum in Salem, Ore.
Burns’s Riverside Chapel is in charge of local arrangements.
