The Sailors picked up their first Mountain West win of the season in stellar fashion Tuesday, on the road at Mohawk. For senior point guard Isaiah Holman-Gross, it was a night of long-range artillery attacks as he bombarded the Indians with a total of six 3-pointers, which accounted for 18 of his 26 points. Holman-Gross also added 10 assists, several of which made it into the hands of junior post Brody Ford, who contributed 13 points against Mohawk.
Ford was also a dominant force off the glass, nabbing nine rebounds as Mapleton defeated Mohawk, 68-45.
