On Christmas Day, armies of volunteers assembled at two Florence community centers to serve traditional holiday meals to anyone and everyone who cared to drop in. In the top photo, the crew at Helping Hands prepared a free feast at their office on Ninth Street. There were gifts and good company for the guests.
