Highway 101 was closed south of Florence for more than one hour Tuesday afternoon following a single-vehicle crash.

About 2:30 p.m., on Feb. 4, a northbound vehicle left the roadway, shearing a power pole near Fuel Good station and One Stop Market at 85039 Highway 101, and damaging a chain-link fence at Honeyman Nursery, which closed down last month. Immediately following the crash, 550 utility customers were out of power.
