This year’s Florence Area Humane Society’s Garden Tour will feature five glorious gardens on Sunday, June 29, from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.

In addition, unique wind spinners, one at each garden, will be featured in drawings at each location.

Tickets for the drawings are available at each garden where patrons may watch the spinners perform in the breeze. One ticket costs $2, six tickets are $10, or purchase 15 tickets for $20.

The spinners were hand-picked at the Seattle Gift Show by Jackie Allen, a FAHS board member. The spinners include a “Big Bird” design in copper, a “Lotus” design in copper, a “Fuchsia” design in copper, a “Feather” design in blue and “Butterflies” in copper.

The drawing will be on Monday and winners will be notified with directions for pickup.

Tickets for the Garden Tour are $15 per person and are still available at Mary Ann’s Natural Pet at 1541 Highway 101, Raining Cats and Dogs, and On Your Feet With a Splash on Bay Street, as well as at the FAHS Shelter, 2840 Rhododendron Drive; Premier Landscaping, 812 Quince St.; and Potter’s Tire and Automotive, 4515 Highway 101.
