April 7, 2023 — Eight local real estate brokers at Coldwell Banker Coast Real Estate were recently honored for their 2022 production within the Coldwell Banker global network, according to company officials. Of the approximately 100,000 Coldwell Banker Associates worldwide, local brokers Lynnette Wikstrom, Aric Sneddon, Missy Johnson, Rick Cox, Randy Paredes, Alva Bracey, Sadie Ward, and John Barnett all received production recognition placing them among in the upper echelon of the brokers in the entire Coldwell Banker system.

Lynnette Wikstrom and Aric Sneddon earned the Sterling Society award placing them in the top 16% of all Coldwell Banker brokers internationally.

Missy Johnson and Alva Bracey, achieved the Diamond Society award placing them in the top 10% of all Coldwell Banker brokers internationally.

Randy Paredes, Sadie Ward, and Rick Cox were awarded President’s Circle award placing them in the top 5% of all Coldwell Banker brokers internationally.

And finally, John Barnett received the coveted President’s Elite award placing him in the top 2% of all Coldwell Banker brokers internationally.

In addition, the local firm garnered top distinction among the region as a “Premier Office – Gold designation” recognized as a top producing company for its size across the U.S. Only 7% of all Coldwell Banker offices achieve this recognition.
