Siuslaw Public Library celebrated the conclusion of its reading program with a grand finale on July 27 and 28. The Florence event also included the presentation of a plaque in memory of Florence Mason Paul Kindsvater, a teacher and longtime resident, in honor of his $600,000 bequest to support library services for children and youth.
